Pam Tishman

I started pottery while living in the East Village, where I was lucky enough to live just two buildings away from Clayworks, a small pottery studio with four wheels. After a long day of staring at a computer screen, working with clay became my creative outlet—and one of my fondest memories of life in the Village.

Years later, after my kids had flown the nest, I discovered Madison Mud and found my way back to clay. Needless to say, I love the mess, the creativity, and especially the camaraderie that the pottery community offers.

Here’s to many more years of playing with clay!
