Helen Finegold’s ceramics journey began in Northern California, where she first sat at the wheel and was instantly hooked. Today, she continues her studio practice in New Jersey. The pottery wheel serves as an essential creative outlet to slow down and enjoy the tactile process of working with her hands. Her work focuses on functional, wheel-thrown stoneware thoughtfully designed for everyday living. Each piece is finished in a bright, colorful palette highlighting rich blues and vibrant greens.
